Professional Bio
David Bailey has served in Public Safety for over 30 years, performing roles and responsibilities that ranged from very complex, wide-ranging projects at very large municipalities to smaller, deep-in-the weeds tasks useful to agencies just getting started.
Mr. Bailey has provided executive leadership and strategic administration to fire-centric ESDs, Emergency Medical Systems, Local Police and County Sheriffs offices, Public Heath and Offices of Emergency Management and Homeland Security.
David Bailey holds a Bachalors Degree in Public Safety Managment, and a Master's Degree in Public Administration along with numerous certs from the National Fire Administration and FEMA.
